I might sound harsh here, but I feel it is critical for me to be. A lot of employment areas, particularly those with the state and government, are not going to hire you unless you can properly spell words and use correct grammar.
A lot of people actually do have trouble with grammar and spelling. Though today, there is no excuse to be lazy about it, especially where it is not welcomed. There are spell checkers, dictionaries, online tutorials that can help. Even Microsoft Works Processor and Word Processor have a spell and grammar check.
The problem I see most people having is the fact they're not willing to try to improve. I mean, I'm terrible at math. However, I didn't just moan and complain about it. I practiced and practiced and went up from grades of Fs to grades of Cs. The main key is to practice.
If anyone moans and complains about how they can't spell or use grammar correctly, or even do anything in particular, but aren't even willing to try to improve, they have no one to blame but themselves. I'm sorry, but that's the way I feel.
Stop whining about your life's woes. The soldier who fought for your freedom lost two arms and a leg. You don't hear him complaining.
The day someone makes a video game for the enjoyment of 'conquering the world' is the day I will roll on the floor laughing.
