I was notified yesterday that I passed my psych evaluation. I have my medical exam set for next week. If I passed the medical exam, I'm in. Talk about the ultimate Christmas present. Now the idea is not to get sick before the exam (wife and daughter have colds :eek: ).
I wanted to say that just because you didn't make one department, "you don't poses the qualities for", doesn't mean you should give up. I answered the psych evaluation exactly the same way I did for the other department that didn't want me. But here I am almost there. Thanks again for everyone answering my posts when I have questions. It's nice to have a place to turn to when you're looking for answers.
Thank you and hopefully I'll have good news in 2 weeks.

Got the call today! I need to go see someone in the Department Monday to get everything squared away. Sounds like the academy starts Jan 17th. :D Woo!! Finally the wait is over and I made it! Thanks again everyone, and those of you still testing, keep the faith. Persistance pays off, never give up.
