    Associations with ex felons

    How much does this affect me? One person is an ex uncle whom I havent talked to in year,

    however there are 4 from my wifes family. 2 of her uncles whom i dont associate with at all. The worst is that my mother in law and father in law are both felons. All drug related, and the offenses took place before my wife and I were together.

    I didnt think that this would be anything to do with me since my wife and I are both good. How does that affect my applications? You know that whole you cant pick your in laws thing....... I wasnt worried about it until the thread the guy put in about going to take the poly and the BI telling him that he needs time from drinking and associations with certain people....

    Understand that there's a difference between being related to felons and associating with felons. Do you hang out regularly with these felons? Do you partake (or are you around them when they partake) in illegal drugs with these felons, or do you only act friendly to them when you see them at family reunions?

    Do you see the difference here?
