I just finished my Oral Board today, and I think it went well. I was surprised, though, that I wasn't asked any situational questions such as the 'veteran partner beating up a cuffed suspect'. I felt that they liked what the saw and heard. They were receptive towards my slight attempts at humor, and I felt they connected in a way with me. Not sure if they'll pass me on to the next level, but I'm confident that I have a good shot.

Glad you thought it went well. All oral boards are different as to how they are run. I have had one that was purely about me and another that was mainly situational so you just dont know. Good luck to you. The waiting game begins now
