no youre right, not everyone in the field does know everything. But just with every police job, you dont know who youre dealing and you should have tough skin. Especially with someone who has the rep and number of posts RO has.

"Publicly (or in private areas) making fun of, criticizing, putting down, etc. of another member is prohibited.
Publicly criticizing another member in any forum (either in the public forums or private forums) is prohibited. This includes name calling, provoking, enticing, etc in any way, shape or form, including the use of analogies. Regardless of the "extent" or the "intent" of the statement, if a member informs you they are offended by the statement, you MUST remove or EDIT the comment at once (If you cannot edit or remove it, you must notify a Mod of the situation immediately for removal). Members are targeted are asked to first contact the member to edit the comment prior to informing a Mod.
Respecting other Members
This is very important as it seems to be one of the biggest issues. If you don't agree with someone and feel you have to let them know, then simply say that. There's no need to criticize the person for the views no matter how opposed to them you are. There's nothing worse then reading through a thread where two or three members start attacking each other and ruin the whole discussion."
If you didn't want any answers, then why did you post this question. If you are in a law enforcement field and can't take the little bit of criticism that you got on here, then maybe you should consider a career change.
