Just wanted to let you folks know that I got hired!
I was informed that I did so well on the Oral Board, that the Major asked that I be put on as an early hire, which means that yesterday was my first day of work!
I am in orientation until tomorrow and then I will help out at the station, until the academy starts on October 9th. Thanks to all of you that have supported me both on RP and via IMs.
Hey Cinnamon, Darin, ChesCopPodz, binky, Valor... FINALLY DID IT!
BTW, can I now get VERIFIED? I was unable to get verified a couple of months ago, because I had already quit my previous department. Or will you guys make me wait till the end of the academy? ;-)

don't get verified till you're out of the academy and have arrest powers.
