Yes, OC sucks a**, especially when the instructor creates his own special mix. :eek: I haven't been tased yet, but I'll probably be doing that in the next two weeks. When do you take your state exam? I didn't find it hard, but you need to study the book and not the study guides (if you have any). It is also important that you understand the concepts, because if not you will have some trouble.

I'm pretty sure my exam date is nov 14th or 15th.. trust me ill be able to recite all the stupid modules with the amount of studying ill be doing for it... oh and apollo... taser is the worst pain you will ever feel.... ever

Best of luck, but don't slack off. FTO/FTD is going to be a test everyday for three months. Grand Finale will be a taste of what it's like. KNOW the law and use of Force Matrix and you will do fine.

One piece of advise. If your report writing is bad, you can be taught how to write. If your shooting is off target, you can be taught how to aim. But if you Officer Safety skills are bad, then you could get someone, including yourself, killed. Almost any other mistake can be forgiven. But if you allow your guard to drop, then you are putting everyones life in jeopardy. DON'T BE THAT GUY!

PS: DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING in the state exam booklet. Even something like circling answers will get you kicked out.

You have more than enough time to finish the test. It took me about 2 hours and 45 minutes to finish. I then took about 20 minutes to go over the entire test to make sure that I hadn't left anything blank.
