    I was put on psych review. A few inconsistancies that were worked out. It happens. Try not to worry about it.

    The purpose of a utility bill is to prove residency. If the utility bill is not in your name, then you need a notarized letter from the person whose name it is in stating that you legally reside with them.

    I see now why we need a utility bill.. Also was wondering if we need to get an abstract from the DMV?

    yeah i got one. But my friend in the process didnt get one and they didnt even ask him to get one. I would get one just in case its only 10 dollars and atleast youll have it if they ask for it.
