Im on my way

I made it past the hiring process. I start the Academy on Thursday the 4th. I got hired and I owe a lot of thanks to people on this board. Id especially like to thank "Danninator" whos inbox is full and wont allow me to write a PM. But seriously, everyone deserves a thank you. There is no way I would have been able to get the information I got on this forum.

So, Any advice would be appreciated. I know 2 things.

1. The instructors are always right.
2. No matter what I do, its always wrong.

These are rules that have been handed down to me by a Master Sgt and I will live by 'em.

Once again, Thanks to everyone who helped with info. But its not over yet...its just beginning.

Thursday the 4th of what month???

This Thursday is the 4th so i am thinking this week. It's the same day as my panel interview for Gwinnett County.

Hey buddy, good luck. I'll give you a hello sometime late in the month when im there to qualify with our new .45's :D. Remember to get a good shine on your shoes and don't worry about pt the first day(unless they changed it from two classes ago). If you have access to a laptop bring it, will be a timesaver. Any last minute questions send me a pm, i'm clearing out the box. I was exactly where you are one year ago.
