    Credit Check Worries

    Hello, I am new here and just recently received a pcket to complete for the background check. I completed it and everything looked fine until I went and pulled my credit report. My credit is not so good. I have a couple of missed payments and a couple of other boo-boos.I have not declared bankruptcy but I am wondering how much the credit check is weighted and due to my bad paying in the recent pass if I'm looking at being dq'd. Thank you!!

    Mine's not the best either. So for now I got hired on at a small department, work on putting the credit history behind me at the same time get LE experience.
    Why is it that all these jerkoffs seem to know about the right to remain silent, but I have yet to find one of them to actually exercise that right. -Legoate

    Call the department and ask to speak with a recruiter or a background investigator.
