PHQ question that is bothering me

During the course of yoru duties, if you were required to lawfully take a human life, would you have any reluctance to do so?


it has a blank space for a yes or no

is this a trick question, where answering no would immediately disqualify me, because I absolutely would have some reluctances, not enough to prevent me from firing if it were completely necessary and justified, but to say that I would have no reservations at all seems ridiculous
