And since we are name calling, what do you call an unmarried woman living with a man and having all of your acting out. You can't complain about his not being a gentleman when you are certainly not acting like a lady.
Also, a few weeks prior to him breaking up with me, I caught him getting a phone number of some girl on campus, which only added fuel to the fire. When he said "I've been wanting to break up with you for 2 years..." I felt used and violated physically, emotionally, and financially. I know, he was a loser...thats why I didn't look back when we broke up. I do consider the "slap in the face"

Name-calling? Since when was I "name-calling" you? And all of my "acting out"? This was a ONE time incident. So, you're saying me living with him means I deserved being literally thrown out of the house against my will at 2 am over an argument? Living together or not, married or un-married...in my opinion, no one deserves that kind of treatment...male or female. Also, me being thrown out was BEFORE I slapped him, mind you. I never laid a hand on him throughout our relationship. His "un-gentleman" actions lead to my "unlady-like" action...but you make it sound like the other way around. But of course, its MY FAULT because I chose to live with someone before marriage...my apologies.

    Like I said, DRAMA QUEEN.

I'd be surprised to find a LE career in your future.........

Seriously? Is that the best you can do? You can't think of anything else to say, nor can you address the point in my previous post...so instead, you resort back to your childish name calling and taking jabs at my personal charater.

At least I take the higher road by not attacking your character, nor have I ever attacked you personally in any previous post.

I call it like I see it. I have addressed the point. You are an immature drama queen that resorted to violence when you received news you did not like. You then placed all responsibility for YOUR actions on another person's behavior.

That about sums it up. Now go ahead and over-react again

    Thanks for your input.
I don't really know if that would be a DQ or not, but I can tell you that during the three background investigations that I've been through (and passed) my ex boyfriends for the last 5-10 years have been contacted. Although I have been able to maintain civil, even friendly relationships with most of my ex-boyfriends, my most recent break up was very messy and I would not put it past him to make somthing up so I would be DQ'd.

I think they take the fact that he's an ex for a reason into consideration.

You apparently also don't know how to read.

We were having issues for about 6 months prior to the slapping incident, but nothing physical. There was one incident however, when we were arguing and he picked me up against my will, dropped me outside at 2am (he's a foot and a half taller than me...if you want a visual, it was similar to Fred Flinstone picking up Dino, and dumping him outside of the house. ), and locked me out of the apartment wearing nothing but my PJs...I ended up sleeping in my car because he had the "courtesy" of throwing my car keys out his bedroom window. He told me the next day he didn't want to argue with me anymore because he wanted to sleep, which is why he dumped me outside. Now, I know you guys are all gentlemen here, and my ex's actions were very un-gentleman, if you ask me. I do consider the "slap in the face" an isolated incident, because we had no prior physical contacts before that...and I'm not one who normally loses my temper, my current boyfriend can attest to that. (Yes, my current BF is a total gentleman...after 3 years of dating, he still opens every door for me.)

Of course, I'm not justifying my actions...a slap in the face is battery
...I just wanted to explain the cirsumstances a little bit more. I do consider this an isolated incident and I plan on fully disclosing it...I'm just hoping the BI will see it the way I do. I did not slap him as a solution or to cause any harm...I slapped him because it was a build up of emotions. Afterwards, we cooled off and I walked away from the relationship...I have never laid a hand on anyone before or after this time. Its not a representation of me as a person, or how I will perform on a professional level. So anyways, thats the rest of the story. Hopefully it clears things up a bit.
Maybe your argument about me not taking responsibility would have more merit, had I said "should I tell the BI or not". But that was never my question. Me fully disclosing the incident shows that I take responsibility for my past actions.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have better things to do because speaking with you is like trying to talk with a wall. It was a pleasure speaking with you.
