My class leader felt I was lieing about a small issue I have listed here:

When I apply for an agency and i'm gong through background, in most cases, do you think my background investigator will be interested in speaking with me about the situation so I can tell my side of the story or do you think I would be automatically dismissed because of the suspension on my academy record?
