How long for psych or physical results?

Any idea how what the average turn around for the results for the psych exam or the physical?
I've been given conditional offers of employment from two different agencies. I prefer one over the other and have taken the psych exam for that department and have my physical scheduled for this week. If possible I would rather let the second agency know before they spent lots of money on me, but I can't pull out of their process until I hear from the first agency.
Do all applicants obsess over this process? I've spent the last year working towards this; I can't believe it's almost a reality.

Don't worry about the company spending the money on you for now. The results for a physical will be known instantly, however it may take a few days for the dr. or clinic doing the physical to get the results to the department and for the department to get back in touch with you. The psych should also be known the day or the day after but the phychiatrist may take a few days to type up the report to send to the department, then again theres the time it may take the department to get back with you. Keep both of the options open because you never know what can happen and you don't want to put all of your eggs in one basket.
