Whoa! That sentence makes NO sense no matter how may times I try to read it. Could kissing a 16 yoa be bad? Sure, you could be made fun of among your 18-19 yoa peers, she may think you meant more from it and later expect you to teach her to drive, or since you never mentioned the 16 yoa's gender, your friends may see you in a "different light" now, or you could get lip fungus... there's a whole host of possible conclusions to this situation that you may have thrown upon yourself. Will kissing (and only kissing) a 16 yoa be a DQ for a LE BI? I don't see how it would be a DQ, but you might be the latest laugh in the office once you walk out :rolleyes: .

on my poly they asked if I had sex with a minor, I said yes, we were both 17, and the polygrapher said that was not an issue. In NY, I dont think it is illegal considering the difference in age is not that great. <4 years.

In NJ age of Consent is 16. and becuase your age difference was 2 years..you should be in the Green. like a freshman going out with a Senior..Now if you where 21 and she was 16..that would be a problem.. most states is a 4 year window.. Anything under 16 is Child Endangerment..If both are under 16 then I guess its up to the parents and courts.

Just out of curiousity:

If I was a 13 year old boy and I had sex with a 14 year old girl, could we both be charged with having sex with a minor? Does anyone ever know of cases like this happening? If this ever happened to you, would you even bring it up to an investigator, or would you just assume they meant have you ever had sex with a minor WHEN YOU WERE OR LEGAL AGE?
