    Chicago exam results

I was wondering if anyone who took the Nov. 20 test got their results back yet or if they know when they should arrive.

Another question for someone that has taken the POWER test. It's a bit trivial but on the situp test, do you have to have your head touch the ground on each situp.

    Thanks.

In regards to the situp test, it is a good idea to have your fingers touch the mat as they are locked behind your head for a rep to count.
As to when you should be hearing about the POWER test I am almost sure, As I just got off work and do not want to look through my paperwork, that it took them 3 months for them to tell me I passed the written test, and in this letter they tell you to report to the Homan square gym in about a month to a month and a half.
BTW prepare for the test and rest assured that you passed the written. If I can remember right only 5 or 6 out of 12 in my group passed the POWER test when I went through it. I am not claiming to be an olympic athlete, but I was prepared when the test came around. Best of luck.
Also be patient, I have been waiting two years and my background has just started to get rolling.

No, they want your back to touch the mat before you start another sit-up. You can even roll your back to get some momemtum going.

Hey, thanks to all who responded. I was just wondering about the written test results, too.

I too took the test and have not received the results. How long after receiving the results do they typically have the POWER test? 1 month? few weeks?

    Thanks!

This was my timeframe, though yours could be different. I took the written on Jan 11, 03- and I took the POWER test on May 3, 2003.
