Going for a police interview soon

hello, I am Dennis H. I am 22 years old and have my Police Foundations diploma from Sault Ste Marie, Ontario and I have my Criminal Justice Bachelor of Science degree from Lake Superior State University in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan. I have an interview with an Ontario (I am Canadian) police department for Constable in January. I know there is alot of interviewing information that you cannot give out, but I was wondering if there is any advice/tips that would help me during this interview. I was also wondering if you know of any websites that give tips with police interviews. Any help would be great. thanks alot,

While it would be gravely unethical to give you the exact questions that will be asked, I can tell you that it would be beneficial to do a Google search of something like "situational behavior" and "law enforcement interview". This will give you some "typical" questions that could be asked, and from these you can formulate how you will go about answering them. Think before you speak, dress to impress, and above all be honest (do NOT exaggerate what you have done, as this will not be impressive during the BI).

yeah, a dark suit is nice, but make sure you keep the white tube socks at home. Something about a dark suit, and white socks which just fails to impress.
