Does attending a DAROP/ADEP course a disqualifying event? Also is an ELS from the Army one as well?

Drug and Alcohol Related Offender Program (attendance because of a poss. and paraphernalia charge of marijuana; no arrest, court summons only; approx 1.5yrs ago)

I'd guess that most departments would disqualify you for that. Big time.
