Just a simple question that I need to know the answer before applying.
I am wanting to apply to a police department. However, when I was younger I was arrested for DUS. Its not a like it is a major crime, but it is still an arrest. Im not saying I would not disclose this information, but im asking is.. is it worth applying. That happened in 2000. I have a clean record since then.
What should I do?

I don't know of anywhere this would be disqualifying, especially if it's more than about 5 years ago. Just be honest about it.
