    2nd NYPD psych

newbie here looking for an answer . last year i went through with processing for the nypd and passed everything except the oral psych. my interviewer saw a problem with me having 5 tickets on my abstract at that time even though i was cleared to move on by CMU. i guess she thought it was poor character or something. anyway , when i recieved my letter , it was june 30 2004 and it told me the last day to appeal for people on test 9067 was july 1st 2004 because the test was about to expire, so i could not appeal. i still have my letter and am now scheduled to retake the oral psych on a new test (3007) , i retook the written and also my driving record is almost totally clean now. so, basically i would like to know thoughts/opinions on my chances of passing the oral this time around, keeping in mind i did not appeal , but i have the letter that gave me a day to appeal and will show them that, and that my record improved. my investigator was perplexed as to how i failed and said he will do everything he can to help me this time around

Just be honest and tell them how much you have matured and realized your mistakes.

Just curious, but were they parking tickets or traffic tickets?
