If it were me, I would worry like crazy...but everyone says I worry to much! Honestly I don't think that would be a problem, because he knows about it now before your investigation started. He's human too, we all make mistakes. It's not like you were trying to hide something.
I am not a cop, or insider, but would imagine that you'll be fine assuming that he does not find out you left on bad terms, or were accused of misconduct, etc. while you were there.
You should be ok.
And your whiney *** crybaby excuse would be....
As long as them contacting this short term employer does not turn up some rather negative information that may look like you were trying to hide, you will be FINE.

I'm going for NYPD and they advised all applicants to get a detailed earnings reports from social security. I'm sure glad they did because the jobs I remember and what's listed on the rpt are different. Now I can include it all w/out it looking like I'm covering up.
I just started my process for a BPA and I'm taking the written exam on april 29th. How was it, did you study, how long did it take, etc. I'm a little nervous, any info would be great! Thanks.
