Police Academy in Pasco County FL

My Question is this, I recently went to orientation for the academy.
I just now remember i have tickets in Houston which are over 4 years old. I left Houston in beggining of 2000. The reason was I was moving with father we had to go as an Emergency. To be honest i really just forgot about it.
I moved to Florida, I have a driver license here and it is clear, My Texas license is Expired and surendered to Florida to have a license here. My prob is there are going tp do a background. I'm going to put it on my B.I. that i have tickets pending there. I just found out there is warrents out. But they do not show on NCIC. Would this be a prob for me. Im going to take care of this I dont have 1000.00 dollars too shell out right now I need two months. I'm running on a deadline I have to send the B.I. out. Only one week left. Should I be ok being that its three traffic tickets.
