Out of state criminal history advice

I am applying to DC Metro and have an interview coming up. I have had 2 infractions over a decade ago which I am in the process of expunging. I was told to bring what paperwork i have on that and it should be ok.

Before those I got a DUI in college in OHIO over 12 years ago. I received a PBJ on that. They found the first 2 things while doing a case search of my home state of Maryland to see what I have been charged with. Should I even bring up the out of state charge I got in college? Will they even find it if I don't? I am not trying to hide anything and I understand full disclosure is the most honest thing, but I already have these 2 things they have seen. Could the DUI be the 3rd strike if you will? This is really troubling me as I don't want to omit this. Not sure what to do. Any advice would help thanks!

Don't ever omit ANYTHING. Yes, you should disclose ALL criminal activity, whether expunged or not, in your past. You say they "found" the first two things, does that mean you didn't tell them prior? Because if that's the case, you're probably already done. If you go into your BI and haven't told them about the DUI 12 years ago, and they find it, it will most likely lead to a DQ as a liar. Tell them everything, and let them make the decision if it's enough that they can look over, but I guarantee that if you don't and they find it on their own, you're done.

What are the infractions? A DUI 12 years ago shouldn't take you out if they don't learn that you've continued to drink heavily since.

Better to be honest. A DQ for lying will no doubt take you out anywhere else you apply.

Thanks for the quick reply. I said they "found" the 2 priors due to confusion on the application on my part. I was asked if I had been arrested and I understood that to mean handcuffed, jailed, etc. I just received summons to appear and I should have disclosed that. Would they even let me continue to the interview if I was "already done" though? Wouldn't it be easier on everyones part to send me a rejection letter and be on their way?

Infractions I have: 2000- DUI, 2001-underage poss alch, 2005-destruction of property. 2001 and 2005 were in my home state, pbj and dismissal respectively. the 2000 dui was in Ohio and obviously they didn't see that yet. I'll bring it up to them when I go, better to be honest and not get it. Thanks

I presume the confusion about what you should have reported was cleared up when they found the other two and you still didn't disclose the DUI from Ohio at that point when confronted about the other offenses? Is that an accurate summary?
