When I was 14 I got into trouble. I got arrested and charged with 4 burglaries. Long story short I cooperated and ended up getting probation until I turned 18. Now that I am about to leave high school I want to join the military but they are strict on people with records. The thing is when I looked up how they obtain your records it said that they use the fbi database which I think only uses fingerprints. But when I was arrested they never took my fingerprints for some reason, I dont know if it was because I was a juvenile or maybe my cooperation. What I wanted to ask is do you get put in the fbi database even if the police dont take your fingerprints.

If you were a juvenile and not printed, there is no FBI file on you.

To the OP, you are asked if about your criminal record, don't lie. They may not check that hard on initial entry, but if you require a security clearance they will find out about it. It's a federal offense to provide false info so it's not worth trying to fool them.
