CLEP & Dantes Credits

Hi,

I recently graduated from a state university with a BS in Business Admin. Now, I'm interested in becoming a police officer, but I had a quick question regarding CLEP and Dantes credits.

To save myself time and money, I took as many CLEP and Dantes credits as I could in order to earn my degree. I utilized these exams to pick up 58 of the required 120 credits that I needed to graduate (mostly lower division). The rest of my credits are upper division business/management related. Do recruiters generally frown upon this? Or is it irrelevant? I did a quick search on this forum for "CLEP", and it seems that many police officers have taken them, but most appear to have a military background that may have given them the edge.

I would appreciate your feedback.

It's irrelevant. As long as your degree is from an accredited university, no one cares.
