Final advise. Pay the ticket or get a lawyer and fight it in court. Don';t fight a ticket when the officer gave you a break from 70/45 and only wrote you for 5 over or he will refile the ticket with the origional speed on it.

This is a forum called "Ask A Cop." I know that you're tired of seeing the same posts on how to get out of a ticket, but with a forum title like that, you're going to have it. If a post like that irritates you, don't respond and move on to the next topic. People ask these questions because most of you are in law enforcement and are hoping you could inform them of their rights and some options they have. Just my .02

I, like you, will respond when I want to. And as far as his covering of "legitimate posters," are the links for the "anti police mindset" covering it? To pay the ticket or get a lawyer are options that everybody knows, but there could be ways to help out without having to pay or hire an attorney. It just gets to me that somebody comes on here with a question about something, and out of 10 replys, maybe 2 are useful.
