I'm a minor, don't know what to do, help?

It's been a week already and I'm still stressing out and don't know what to do. And please don't give me a lecture, I've been lectured a million times already. I only made an account for this website to ask this one question, since I don't know who else to ask. Okay, this is embarrassing, please don't judge me. :(
To make a long story short (I lied, it's long), some guy hacked my photobucket and got my bra pictures, which was on private before, (yes I know, I shouldn't have posted my pictures on a website even if it was private). He messaged me on facebook and told me that he has my pictures and that he's going to hack my facebook account. I got scared and so I deleted him off of facebook and then I got another message from him saying that I better make a new messenger account or else he will send the pictures around. I got kicked off of facebook and I went on my hotmail and I got another email from him saying that I have to make a new account and message him on messenger and then I got kicked off of my hotmail. I made a new messenger, added him, and he threatened me, he told me that I better flash him on webcam or else he will send the pictures to my friends and family since he has my facebook account. I made a big stupid mistake, and I was panicking and I honestly believed him.. and so you can guess what I did. I regret it so much, I'm only a minor, I didn't know what to do (I won't say my age, but I'm older than 14, younger than 18). After I flashed him, he told me that he recorded me the whole entire time and that he wanted me to go naked and do nasty stuff on webcam, or else he's sending the video he made of me to my friends. I freaked out after wards and so I made excuses saying that I had to go, and he told me to contact him the next day. I screenie'd all of our chats and the next day, I showed my school police because I didn't know what to do. My school police made a report for me and gave me a long lecture of what I did.. I get threats every single day from the same guy and he stalks me and my friends on the internet. After what happened, I contacted facebook and they helped gave me back my account, so I blocked everything on my facebook account and I guess the hacker found out that I got it back so he got mad and threatened me some more. So, I blocked him and everything and I never sign on messenger, so he messaged my best friend and told her that I better contact him or else he will send the video he made to everyone. My best friend blocked him on facebook too, but he somehow got her yahoo and hotmail, and messaged her again. Well, 2 days ago, he uploaded the video of me on youtube and showed it to my best friend, I thought he was bluffing, but he really did it. He said that I have to go online or else he's showing it to everyone, youtube deleted the video later after I told them what happened. So, I told my school adviser and they told me that the police can't do anything about it, because he's a hacker? (Is that true?) Soo, I went to my other school adviser and he told me that the police have better things to do like catch REAL rapists, solve crimes, etc, but they will help me, it will take time because it's the internet or something? I do know that they have better things to do then to help me, but I'm just wondering if they take my case seriously or not? My teacher says that it's considered as child pornography. ;( I have all the proof and everything too. But if the police do help me, how would they contact me? Would they just show up to my house or call me? I've been stressing out so much and I don't know what to do. My parents do know about this and they told me to just go to the police, but it's almost a week already, I don't know if the video or my pictures went viral on the internet, I'm too scared to search up my name. I live in California, by the way. Oh, and I googled the hacker's email address, and on this one website, it says that he's 23 and he's from Europe, I don't know if that's true or not, but I could be wrong. He has hacked other people besides me. What can I do besides wait for the police to help me? And when are they going to contact me, if they are even going to?

If this guy's IP is coming back from overseas, I'm guessing there probably isn't anything that can be done. It will probably go down in your book as a hard lesson learned. Don't add people as friends on facebook that you aren't actually friends with and don't put anything out there that you don't want the whole world to see. (Sorry, know that was a lecture but if you hear it enough it will stick in your head better)

Won't lecture you, but will add that Ispbear hit the nail on the head. I've worked child porn cases, and regardless what your teacher told you what you described is not child pornography (more likely it's child erotica, not as severe). My advice - not lecture - to you is to ignore this guy, eventually he'll grow tired of no response from you and move on. Prosecuting something like this would be like the Nigerian email scams a few years back: not going to happen (not because your local police have "better things to do" than help you, but because in general US police have no legal authority outside the US).

Chances are he really has no intent of distributing any of the pictures or videos, as he knows that if he does that there's a lot better chance that he'll end up getting into trouble. He's probably just threatening to do that in order to scare you into doing what he wants. So like Kimble said, ignore him and he'll just move on to someone else.

@ DeltaV: He already posted the video on youtube friday, but it got deleted after I told youtube what happened. I don't know if he posted it on other websites though. I do ignore him, but he keeps making new accounts & try to add me everytime I block him and stalks my friend's email as well...
