This board IS for individuals to ask questions about their hiring process, and Joey gave you some great advice. Nobody said you were being rude, they said you were taking shortcuts and using "text speech." I also routinely post from my phone, but I take care to post correctly, in full sentences, and with everything spelled out. So maybe it takes a little time more to type out "I don't know" on a phone than IDK, but that's what we're talking about. If you show up to an interview, and use one of those shortcuts, you're done. If you were to send someone an email or a message using that language, thanks for playing. It doesn't matter if you're asking a simple question or a complex question, take a look through the forums and you'll see the same advice over and over again, if you don't have the pride to take the time to do it right the first time and use shortcuts, you're going to be called on it. Things that are important sometimes take a bit more time and effort than just taking the quick and easy way out.

That's not really what it means to have thin skin. Having thick/thin skin relates to your ability to accept threats, name calling, and even joking. The members here are simply trying to give you some advice, and honestly even using a cell phone I see missing words and wrong words which make very difficult to understand what you are saying. Like Kimble, based on the initial post I would have guessed English was a second language for you.

dashiz, it's pretty much impossible to give you an answer that's reliable. If you were honest and forthcoming with your answers then you've done what's expected. I'm not a huge fan of employment polys but they're in common use. Good luck to you.
