    "Organized Stalking"

    What can one do when he/she is being "followed/stalked" for no reason? I have plates/photos/video etc.......

    You can take the info you have and attempt to get a restraining order if you want.

    But you would have to show good reason you are afraid besides just seeing the same car around the neighborhood.

    What makes you think you are being "Stalked?"

    "Organized stalking"? We call that surveillance.

    Seriously, what makes the stalking "organized"? Like already mentioned, a car hanging out in your area does not necessarily count as stalking. I'm not going to get into teaching it, but do some google research on cleaning... do a little of THAT, and you will KNOW if you are being stalked.

    If you have a REASON to be stalked AND really think you are being stalked, talk to LE. Most people, myself included, are just too boring to be stalked for no reason at all.

    Wouldn't qualify for a protection order in my state unless the person doing this is a relative or intimate partner.

    You really need to spell out the " organized stalking " that you mention.
