Back on track.
I can only think of one gun that may meet your list of demands. A service size 38 special revolver with a magna-trigger conversion and magsafe frangible ammo.
The magna-trigger is a mechanical device installed in the gun. It also comes with a ring to wear on your finger. The ring is a magnet. When the magnet is near the gun, (and excuse the lack of technical terms, I'm a techno idiot), a piece of metal in the device moves, allowing the gun to be fired. When the magnet is not near the gun, the piece of metal prevents the gun from being fired. Sort of the same way the new S&W key locks work, but with a magnet instead of a key.
The magsafe ammo is basically epoxy with lead shot suspended in it. Doesn't penetrate walls well at all, and dumps it's energy fast into soft tissue.
That and a S&W K frame 38 special is an excellent home defense gun in the first place.
