In addition to what Joey said, look into going a martial arts class. Not for use on the street, but it teachers you how to use your body in a more efficient manner. When I was young I learned a martial art and the balance and leverage benefits I learned served me very well until I gained the muscle mass to manhandle a suspect. Just before I started working as a cop, I was 6'2" and weighed <150 lbs and looked like nothing but skin and bones. I had a 29 inch waist and could not find any pants that fit properly. All my uniforms looked like I was wearing a duffel bag even though I spent hours ironing and starching, but I could fight with the best of them, and move some impressive weights for my size. If you're into UFC, I was so scrawny I made Nate Diaz look big.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new guards for their future security.
Translation for the intellectually challenged: If the government screws the people too much, it is the right and duty of the people to revolt and form a new government.
