Taking my truck

I am 29 and still live at home. my adoptive mother and I do not get along. shes always callin me names and putting me down. Im stupid, im fat, im not capable of living in society on my own etc..i want to go to florida and live with my stepdad but my mom says I cannot take my truck because my adoptive dad is only a cosigner and my name is on the regestration. But if I take it, they claim they will call the cops and report it stolen. If the registrations in my name, does it make it my truck and can I take it legally?

If your name is on the registration, I wouldn't even take the report.

You cam here, presented info and asked a question. People took time out of their day and answered you. Nobody was mean. Nobody uses profanity. One of your points was you are 29, live at home, and want to move becuase you mom calls you names, and you want to move in with your dad. It was a valid question to ask, why a 29 is still living at home and now wants to move from parent A to parent B. It was also asked in a nice way.

Instead of responding, you take it as a insult and reply with a juvenile and childish response with profanity. If you can't act like an adult here....we do not want you. If you can't act like an adult....we will prevent you form participating here.....Your only warning.
