A guy I was with for a couple months took my ipod with him when he moved out. I had given it to him to use when we were together. But now that we broke up, I want it back. It was a gift from my mom. I have asked him respectfully to send it back to me. He has since blocked me on facebook. What can I do? I don't really want to have to contact the police. I am from Wisconsin. Thank you so much.

It would be cheaper to get a new iPod than to have to pay court costs, day(s) off work, and then potentially still losing. Just get a new one and write it off as the cost of getting rid of him.
