First I would like to thank everyone who gave great advice about my first post. In regards to what has happened since then the owner of the school was called yesterday and will be in on Monday to review the folder of this student and from what I believe he will meet with the director and is going to overide her judgement and expel this student, we could only hope! I will keep you informed. If this does not happen for some unforeseen reason, I am going to the local authorities. And I will be indefinatly sick on the evenings when she is to be in my class and take my chances that way. It also came to light that all the information on this student was not given to the owner so he was informed yesterday about that. Upon looking into this students folder, I found that some of the paperwork in regards to this matter was not their, so the director will be accountable as to where it is, as it was given to her and I was informed that the owner was aware of everything, find out that was not true also. Knowing the calibar of the man/owner I am dealing with heads are going to turn on Monday as they should. Who is accountable the recruitor or the director is the recruitor only interested in her numbers not the calibar of student at the risk of others, well then something has to change. Or is the director totally incompetent and afraid that this is a reflection on her ie., so many drops or leaves of absence. I tried to follow chain of command as in the employee rules and regs. but was forced to take the matter into my own hands. Anyway the paper trail is their even if all the papers are not in her folder, and their is enough witnesses to prove all of this happened the way it did, also in the class we have cameras so I feel confident in my actions. The director was not in on Friday so all of this was done behind her back and I don't feel bad about it at all, she will be blindsighted on Monday and called to account for her own actions or lack their of. I will be in my classroom with my students, students who want to be their follow the rules and learn in a sound environment.
