My friend has been in the hiring process for roughly 5 months now. I was sent an optional letter as a reference and didnt not fill it out. will this keep him from being hired? If so, is that anything I can do for him?

More than likely it won't keep him from getting hired. it's possible that you were his best reference though.will this keep him from being hired?
