Your " school" sounds like it is a private school run for profit by a private corporation , not a typical public or private school for primary or secondary education.
Take ALL of the information that you can gather on her and subit it to the person(s) in charge while keeping a copy for yourself. Put the ball in their court. You cna now say that you made them aware of a potentially bad situation should something bad occur.
I will suspect that they get local/ state / federal money to pay for the tuition for the people to attend and they don't want to place that source of income in peril with any " incidents." Simply put , I believe that they won't do anything drastic ( such as kicking that person out) unless they HAVE to. You need to be able to protect yourself ( and the other students) by making them aware of the concerns that you have. In my opinion , they still won't do anything because of the money.
Your choices are to ride it out and see what happens or ride out today and leave.
