I do not believe that YOU can ship handguns anywhere through the USPS , UPS etc. You must go to a gun dealer and have them shipped to a gun dealer in Texas. THEY can legally ship them for you.

That is incorrect.
They are not TRANSFERRING them to someone out of state. Merely shipping them to themselves.
USPS does not ship firearms. You'll have to use UPS or FedEX.
