1. Is there any circumstance when a minor is allowed in a bar that only serves alcohol?
2. If owner insists that a minor is allowed and cops randomly come in and check ID's - is the bouncer responsible since s/he is checking ID's at the door?
3. If a bouncer knowingly lets a minor in....can s/he be arrested? fined?
4. Can a bouncer confiscate a fake ID? subsequently bar displays it?
thank you.
