Question Pennsylvania Junior License Time Restriction

Although I know that you shouldn't ever drive past 11 in Pennsylvania with a Junior License, I have a personal reason that I know won't be sufficient to warrent an exemption from the law :/ . What is the punishment for driving past the 11PM curfew, and how likely is it that I would be pulled over? I live in the Suburbs of Philadelphia, should that fact matter..

Ten seconds on Google and two clicks of the mouse:

Upon conviction of violating the nighttime driving restriction, junior drivers are subject to a $25
fine and could receive two points on his or her driving record. The young driver would be responsible for paying this fine plus associated costs and fees. Also please keep in mind that, under the law, a junior driver is not eligible for an unrestricted license until he or she either:

    a) completes a state-approved driver's education course and maintains a crash-and conviction-free driving record for one year, or
reaches the age of 18, whichever comes first.

Therefore, being convicted of violating the nighttime b) driving restriction would severely limit a young driver's opportunity for obtaining a full, unrestricted license before his or her 18th birthday.
-In God we trust. All others, put your hands on the car and don't move.

    Also.....

If you get caught , you wont be able to continue driving that night. We will call your parents to come get you and if they can't , the car could be towed. The actual fine and costs push itup to over $100. And at six points , you get suspended. And throw in the possibility of a curfew citation , more money.
