    i was stol

My boyfriends mother went thru my purse and stole my prescription pain medicine that was prescribed BC I just had my wisdom teeth pulled. She accused me of drugging her son which is crazy. She has had mental issues before believing the phone lines ate tapped. She called police on me and her son and police made her go away BC she was acting insane and police said nothing we can do about my medication so now should I call on her from stealing them from me? Otherwise I am in pain w no refills

Do you have any proof of her stealing your meds, or are you just looking to "get even" since she called the police on you?

You would need to get refills from your doctor, not the police (we can't prescribe meds for you). If you need a police report to take to your doctor you can call your local police to get one, but if the only "proof" of a theft is your word after a police report has already been made on you, that case probably won't go anywhere.

Unless you actually witnessed him take the meds or he's willing to admit to police he did, then there's not much you can do.

Try ibuprofren, a typical hospital dose is 800 mg every 8 hours. That's what I used when I had my wisdom teeth pulled and didn't even need a script for it. Otherwise I suggest you quit hanging around drug addicts (they're known to steal and do wrong things to keep their addiction going).
Excuse me Officer, I have a stupid Question. "No problem, I've got a stupid answer for you!"

    Let me guess...oxycodone???

I don't know how many times per week we'd get calls of people trying to report their pain medicine stolen, usually by an acquaintance. Sometimes a robbery was even alleged. Without any concrete proof on your part, your story is going to be taken with a grain of salt. With the amount of fraud involving pain pills, doctor's aren't going to be refilling your prescription even with a police report. It's too easy for someone to claim they were lost/stolen but in fact sell them to someone else and just want more. In the future be more careful with your medication.
