HAHA. I went back to college after starting my LE career. My first day in class was the Intro to CJ class taught by a lady who was a clerk at a PD for years and did some axillary work for them (what I'm getting at: CLEARLY qualified to teach at the college level [/sarcasm]).

So at some point she says that black belts have to register their hands. I stood up and asked what State agency they register those with.

She didn't know, and I was pretty much "done" with that class before it even started.

I also was asked by her to teach for a day, explaining search & seizure, etc.. Highly awkward.

OMG.... That's the problem with many schools popping up to teach CJ courses. Hiring people to teach with no clue on LE or 4th/5th/6th Amendment issues.
