    Courtday friday

    Hi, my court day is this friday Feb 27. I am kind of nervous of what to say in the court. any suggestions will be helpful. thanks very much.

    Dress well. If you want to go to trial, that is your right. Follow the instructions of your attorney.

    If you want to plead then be straight with the Judge about what happened and sincere about what you will do in the future. Judges do not like "frequent fliers" in their courtrooms.

    However you choose to proceed with your case, remember whose behavior got you into that courtroom. It's scary, expensive, and embarrassing.
