what do i do?feel hopeless

Hello, less then a year ago my 6 year old daughte started peeing her pants, after successfully completing toilet traing. I suggested to her mother to have the doctor check for a uti when she gous for her ear appointment. The following day I asked what the doctor said she forgot"it slipped her mind".needless to say it irratated me. Later on in the week I asked my daughter why she was peeing her pants? She said" cuz im scared of big boys" i replied im a big boy. She said im not scared of u daft. I said what about grandpa ( my father), she said no. I asked who she was scared of she said " i am really scared of grandp, and her two uncles.I let it go. Two days later still worried about what she had said I asked her why she is so scared of them? She replied. Because they hurt me and do bad things to me.This alarmed me. I didn't want to jump to conclusions so. I asked my father what to do. So i set up a forensic interview with a child psychologist. When my rex'father( a cop in NE montana for over thirty yearsfound out about the interview he lost it he basically had it stopped. I have documentation and statements written by other people of what my daughter told them and of actions way beyond my kids age they we're trying to perform an do.i have tried court co's everything no lawyers or judges will take this n. I found out my children's mother knows about it she was molested as well by her father and grandfather. I have bbeen harrased, followed had warrants for nothing put out on me. Just to get me back in his range. I have not seen my kids in over a year.they are in the grasp of this horrible family. There is so much more this. I don't know what to do.please help

I'm not trying to be mean, or to speak bad of whatever situation you're going through, but I think you might receive some answers to your problem if your post was readable. It makes next to no sense at all.

Call the police and report the abuse to them. Get a restraining order in your daughter's name against the possible suspects. Get Child Protective Services involved.

One person connected to a situation can't "stop" a forensic interview with a phone call. If a crime occurred, it can and should be investigated by the police. If the local police aren't helping, contact the county or state police in your area and report it to them.

Sorry if some of my post is un readable , i am using my phone its a touch screen and can be very touchy. To make it simple i found out that my kids r being sexually molested by their grandfather who is a officer of over thirty years. When i found out and started getting evidence together he put restraining orders on myself, my father and step mom( who work for CPS. I ave tried to talk to other officers every one is scared of him he has a lot of power. I don't know what else to do.he has judges in his pocket.he had three judge friends out of differnt counties put restraing orders on the three of us with no just cause. Yes the interview was stopped by a single phone call. I would not make up oradd. On to. Whathappened, integraty is somthing I do not lack.

Like Citicop said above, call the local law enforcement agencies and get reports written. Also, if you believe a judge has put a restraining order on your without due regard or just cause, take the order to the next level as an appeal. Do whatever you can to make sure that the abuse is recorded and looked into!! This is your CHILD you're working towards protecting! I know I would NOT STOP until I went WELL over the heads of whoever is trying to stop me from getting something done about a problem such as this. Just keep trying, don't let someone get in your way from reporting this, and DO NOT GIVE UP!!

I'm sorry but I find it very hard to believe that a child is being sexually molested/assaulted with strong evidence to back it up and no one is doing anything because the perpetrator is a LEO. This may have been possible 20 or 30 years ago, but I definitely believe there is more to the story here. Judges are not in anyone's pockets. We are not in the Al Capone days anymore. There is the Attorney General's office, the state police, the FBI, private investigators, child services, and internal affairs for the agency the LEO is involved with. You're telling me no one is following up on this claim? Way more to the story here.

It's really irrelevant what we think here. Officers on an internet forum are not going to be able to help you at all. My best advice is to get an attorney.

Indian reservations are subject to a whole different set of laws. Normal rules do not apply. I don't know a single dad whose kids are being molested that has not got a lawyer and or ended doing everything to protect them.

Sure there are bad judges. Sure there are bad cops.

But what's hard to believe is an organized band of bad judges/cops covering a wide area all of whom jump at the beck and call of one current/retired cop. I don't know one single cop who would sit by and let a kid get sexually abused because the suspect in the case was involved in the system somewhow.

I understand your reservations about the situation being that he is a cop, hard pill to swallow. I tried several attorneys in montana some wouldn't touch the case and others well r very very expensive. Ijust found out this morning that since it is on a reservation and he is also on the drug task force working closely with federal agents that there is a watch dog orginization I can go threw. The person just didn't know the name.

I never said there wasn't bad apples among the mix, but you imply that judges, attorneys, investigators, and other groups won't even look into the matter because this guy is a LEO. I believe there are other reasons, like the possibility there isn't enough evidence to pursue it. From being in this line of work for 10 years, normally when there are people that make such claims, there's far more to the story.
