    Customize police shirt?

I have a police shirt that I would like to customize to say "POLICE" on the back in either gray or white text (doesn't matter). Where online are stores that would customize a police uniform shirt? Or are there any posters on this forum who would do it for a fee? My dept. doesn't do those kinds of customizations themselves. I did see a poster on a police forum (not sure if it was this one) that screen prints those shirts but I can't find the thread. Please let me know soon. Thank you.

You're a police officer? You need to get verified or the mods will be jumping you pretty soon.

Also, your department allows you to customize your shirts? We can't, I guess that's why they call them "uniforms". I would check local tailors. I'm sure someone can embroidery that on it and it would probably be cheaper.

    7532-

Are you a Sworn Law Enforcement Officer? Where does your department buy their shirts? Why don't you get it done there?

In my department and area, the local police uniform shops are well known. It triggers a bit of an alarm for me that you are focused only on online shops, which would both take longer and may have the perception of being more lax about checking the credentials of people who claim to be police officers.

Also, if my department was going to ALLOW an individual officer to 'customize' a piece of uniform, they would also put out info on where to get it done.

Your username and post indicates that you are a police officer, yet you are not verified yet. Look here for the rules and procedures of how to do so.

Until then, I'm locking this thread.
