Any Recruiting Officers out there? Getting discouraged!

I am a forty year old Construction Supervisor, wanting to do something I should have done in my twentys-become a LEO. I have been trying out with multiple agency's in Arizona for over a year and a half.I have no problem passing the exams,and my P.A.T scores are right where they need to be,and getting better at the oral's. I had two misdemeanor arrests in my very early twentys,and two speeding tickets on my 39 month driving record, and a home foreclosure thanks to to downturn in construction. Can anyone let me know if my age, and background is killing it for me,I know there is alot of competition right now,just need to know if i'm peeing in the wind or not.

Trying to buy alcohol with a false I.D,and contributing to a minor,both around twenty years old

Underage alcohol for you isn't that big of a deal , the contributing charge is more of an eyebrow raiser. Since you were an adult.

I,ll assume that the contributing had to do with alcohol to one of your pals ?
