Hi Every1, My name is Misa Im from NYC... Im New 2 this Forum but im not new 2 Forums.. lol i found this Forum thru google searching the same title as this 1.. well i hope guys can help me & feel free u ask question...
Question:
about 3 or 4 years ago i got arrested in paramus, nj & i was taken 2 bergen county jail.. ( long story cut short) i got a hefty fine of about no more than $5,000.. i had 2 pay something there which was $100 that i had on me.. if i didnt pay the fine i would have a mandatory 30day sentence & the fine.. i never went back for a few reason 1, i couldnt afford it 2) i was scared & 3) i was young & ignored it.... now i have been arrested since then in baltimore & nyc... i was told being that the charge wasnt a felony they dont extradite, im unsure... but i am going 2 Europe this winter & i heard i might not b let out the country or let in.. wat do i do? how do i find out? im scared if i go 2 NJ they would arrest me even with the $ on hand...

well let me re phase the question..
How can i find out if i have a warrant in NJ so i can Clear it & pay the fine so i can travel 2 europe this winter?
im not asking if or how i can avoid it, im asking how can i find out & clear it

You sure get arrested a lot.
Why don't you just call the courts in New Jersey and ask them what it will take to clear up the warrant?
By the way, if you do get cleared to go to Europe, please try to behave yourself and not get arrested there. We (Americans) already have a bad enough reputation for failing to behave ourselves in foreign countries.This career is not a sprint, it is a marathon.

Call the court to arrange working it out ASAP.
If not, you will get a big suprise when you hit the airport at Newark. You will get your vacation.....just not in Europe!-In God we trust. All others, put your hands on the car and don't move.
