Yes it's the same in Fl. Life on the other side I have no intention of crossing the border or leaving Fl . I meant being single . I'm contacting a lawyer today, filing for temporary custody of my son and obtaining a restraining order . We've been married for eight yrs and the signs have always been there he needs more help then what I can give him or would want to give him I'm done.
At least here when you get the temporary PFA there is usually a section for child custody. It usually changes after the final hearing though.
