Mist, I'm closing this thread as innappropriate 1) mainly due to its subject matter based on the rule below:

and 2) because this is the Ask-A-COP section, not the Ask-A-Corrections Officer section. This is the second question you've asked in AAC that has had to do with jail or prison, and most of us that can respond in this area will not be that familiar with the answers as we don't deal with prisoners after we've dropped them off.

Edit for clarity: Here at RP we don't give corrections officers the Verified LEO tag, so they wouldn't be able to answer your jail / prison questions here.
