    My Neighbors.

Hello. My mom was wondering what can we do to prevent my neighbors from climbing and sitting on our brick fence. We told them several times to get off but they just won't listen. We are really tired of telling them to get off. Also, we found one of them relaxing in our backyard like as it was their backyard. And when we tell them to get off they do it but then when we turn around they just get back on. What can we do?

Next time they're in your yard, call your local police and have someone come out. Bear in mind, this is a low priority call so it might take a while for them to respond. Maybe take a picture of them in the yard to show the officer.
Apparently, I'm supposed to be more angry about what Mitt Romney does with his money than what Barack & Michelle Obama do with mine

In Texas some departments (not all) will issue a criminal trespass notice (aka CT). Its kept on file with our dispatchers with the persons name you filed it on. If they are found on your property again then they go strait to jail for Criminal Trespass (Class A misdemeanor) which is like 2 steps above a traffic ticket and one step away from a felony. If the brick fence is entirely your property (not shared with the neighbors) then you can CT them from climbing on it. If a CT gets issued but the people keep leaving before the police show up then take a picture. Call your local police department or sheriffs office and ask them what can be done.

At night , smear something gooey and or sticky on top of the fence. Or put a ton of birdseed up there and let them do the " gooey " thing for you.

Like most matters in life it is generally better to try handling it yourself first. If they won't listen to your mother, is it practical for her to speak to their parents? It sounds like you're trying to resolve this through the least amount of force possible. If all else fails escalate it by calling the police. The police can do the same thing such as telling them to find a new place to hang out and talking to their parents first, then issue cites if necessary.

Neighborhood problems are difficult to solve because you still have to live there once we leave. Sitting on my brick fence is one thing and I wouldn't like it at all, but being in my yard changes the game and I would not tolerate it. Good luck.

A little cayenne pepper sprinkled all over the top will do dome wonders! It belds in with brick well and follows you off on your clothes and hands. And if you are lucky....a dollar store will have it cheap1 Plus its natural and won't hurt anyone or cause injuriy to animals.
-In God we trust. All others, put your hands on the car and don't move.
