If a child of 15 years of age goes to her cousins house voluntarily, can her mom call the police on the cousin or aunt with kidnapping charges? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Only if the cousin or aunt tries to prevent the child leaving or the rightful parent or guardian from retrieving them. If the child is a runaway, they might be arrested for harboring.

Well its mostly my cousin who has problems with her mom so she is just trying to get out the house for a bit, but her dad said its find that she can come over. I just don't want to get her or myself in any trouble. Thank you for the information.
As long as she has her mother's permission and she's not reported as a runaway, it will be fine.

No. Kidnapping has to be against someone's will, or in parental cases, against court orders.
The only thing your aunt could possibly be in danger of being charged with is concealing a runaway (or aiding/abetting as it's called in some places) and for that she'd have to know that at the particular time the kid comes over, that it's against the parent's will.

They've got us surrounded? Good. Now we can fire in any direction, those bastards wont get away this time
An amateur will train until they get it right. A professional will train until they can't get it wrong.
Or contributing to the delinquency of a minor if she allows the person to stay there as a run away without the mother's permission.
